How do i cancel my subscription?

  I cannot find out where to cancel the subscription. I have followed the instructions several times, and keeps taking me back to the same page. Please advise another way to do this or even better if you can cancel for me.

  Hi there,

  I certainly can help you cancel your upgrades, however I’ll need you to explicitly state the item(s) which you’d like cancelled (and if it is a domain name, please provide the domain name which you’d like cancelled).

  Oh, and please keep in mind that if I cancel a domain name for you, it will not immediately be available for re-registration elsewhere. It goes through a somewhat lengthy process where it is returned to the registry. This process can take between a few days to several weeks, and when it is returned to the general public anyone can pick it up.

  As long as you are OK with that, we can proceed!

  Hi, thanks for your response. I do not want my subscription renewed in Nov or to pay any further fees. If this means cancelling the domain etc then please go ahead. I no longer wish to use it.

  Ah! Well in that case all that needs to be done is to disable the auto-renew for the domain.

  I’ve gone ahead and done that for you for the domain vikkirichmondphotography.com. You may very well receive a few emails about the pending expiration, however it will still expire once the domain comes up for renewal.
