How do I cancel my subscription?

I would like to cancel my subscription immediately…please stop the automatic debits coming from my checking account.

What is the underlying .wordpress.com blog URL?
Which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog URL and purchased the upgrade?
Do you want to use the domain URL on another site?

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. I checked your account and there hasn’t been any purchases from under it. You will have to contact Dreamhost to get the domain canceled.
