How do I cancel my subscription?

  I thought I had canceled my subscription but they just billed me again for another year. I don’t want this service anymore and I want a refund.

  Log in to your WordPress.com account and go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases to cancel what you no longer want.

  You can also find refund policy here:

  However, now you can also directly get in connect with WordPress.com billing team by filling this form at wpchrg.wordpress.com .

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. Typically, this happens because you have ended up with a second user account somehow.

  So, your best bet may be to use the http://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ link suggested above.
