How do I cancel my upgrade, if the 'cancel and refund' button is not working?

Refund form isn’t working. I have tried to use the form in ‘Upgrades’ to simply cancel and refund my $99 upgrade. I don’t want it, don’t need it, and purchased it a few hours ago, so I’m definitely in the refund period. Though I’ve filled out the form multiple times, I have not gotten a confirmation email. I do not want this service, and I need to cancel it.
