How do I cancel or restart a WordPress self-hosted import job?

  My request to import an archive from a WordPress self-hosted site is stalling.

  The sticky welcome post imported, however the import is hanging on Pages. None of the six pages are importing.

  Over 36 hours later, I can’t cancel or restart the import job, the Import WordPress page still says:

  Import WordPress
  Processing…
  We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Staff will have to reset your importer. I flagged this for them.

  Awesome, thank you!

  Previously I had imported from a pre-upgrade WP 2.x export file.

  Looks like it is working now with an export from WP 4.1, post-upgrade.
