How do I Cancel Premium Plan?

How do I Cancel Premium Plan? I received emails saying it would automatically expire however I logged in and it says there is an upcoming charge February 13th, 2014.

Hi there,
Your upgrades (originally part of the Premium plan) are all set to expire on February 13, 2014. You can check that under Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard here:
https://kgtestsite5.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades
You can just let those upgrades expire, or if you’d like I can remove them from your blog now. Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)
