How do i cancel proffesional email?

Hi, I purchased a proffesional email subscription. I want to cancel it, but cant seem to find anywhere where it explains to do so. Any help with this would be appreciated.

What was the email you registered for your professional email purchase? I’ll see if I can look it up and potentially find the WordPress.com account connected to the purchase.Thanks!

I don’t own any other subscriptions. I signed up for the proffesional email. That is for 3 months, then I have to pay. I want to host my account with another server, they cant seem to point it to their server since it shows that the domain is already mapped to a wordpress.com site. I purchased a domain registration, which is elanrouse.com. Which expires at the end of the year.

If I want to login to the elanrouse.com/wp-admin, it syas that the user cannot access the dashboard requested. I signed up with either one of the emails, (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff), if this might help.

This isn’t something we’re able to mention in the public forum, as the subscription isn’t associated with this WordPress.com account. As you mentioned that you signed up using iPhone X, I would definitely suggest checking the mailbox(es) you have associated with that device in particular.
