how do I cancel the account genjijohn for good?

I have been registered on WordPress for several years under the username name genjijohn (email address: (email visible only to moderators and staff)) and now want to remove that username from your files without replacing it with anything else. I no longer want my name to appear as genjijohn when I comment on WordPress blogs. I want the word genjijohn to vanish and I no longer require connection with the blogs that I visit. But I don’t want the name genjijohn to simply be replaced with another name, as would happen if I changed blogs. I want to cancel my account.
How do I make this happen?

Though Username accounts are not deleted at wordpress.com http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/ please note the following:
1. You can go to My Account->Edit Profile and remove all data except the account name and an email address. Create a throwaway email address and change the account email to that throwaway address. This only leaves the username behind.
2. To unsubscribe from email sent to you from WordPress.com, go here and click on “Block all subscription emails from WordPress.com”:
