How do I cancel the Akismet service?

  I want to cancel my Akismet service. I do not use WordPress.com at all. I saw somewhere it said go to my dashboard first page and select admin section. I went to dashboard and could not find an admin section

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
