How do I cancel the custom domain mapping in "My Upgrades"?

    Hi everyone,

    I want to cancel the upgrade that links my custom domain name to my WordPress site.

    I’ve gone to Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.

    At the top, it says “This upgrade will be renewed automatically in 6 months on [date]”.
    Down the bottom, it says “You can use the “Cancel” button on My Upgrades if available or Contact support if you want to request a refund.”

    There is no “Cancel” button. And when I click on the link to”contact support”, it brings me to this place.

    So …
    Can anyone help me?
    I want to cancel my upgrade, or at the VERY least, ensure that it doesn’t automatically renew and charge me again!

    P.S. I’ve read through WordPress’ Help article (http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/)

    My Dashboard doesn’t have any mention of “cancel” or “disable auto renew” or anything like that.
