how do i cancel the follow function?

  Every time I post a new blog post, it automatically sends an email to people who have subscribed to my blog for this email address: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  How do I cancel that function?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Georgia,

  There isn’t a way to turn off Following on WordPress.com.

  I suppose one way you can work around it is by always using Pages instead of posts. Pages do not trigger emails. Portfolio projects also don’t trigger emails if you want to post content using those instead of Posts.
