How do I cancel(under progress) an older wordpress blog import into a new one?

  How do I cancel an older wordpress blog import into a new one?
  I exported xml from my older blog(lessby3.wordpress.com), and tried to import it in my new blog(sameernahar.wordpress.com).
  Now the whole menu, categories is messed up.
  Can the process, which is currently under progress, be cancelled to revert back??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I just got an email and the process is complete. looks like I have to do this manually now :( Noting like an Undo?

  After browsing through similar concerns in other posts, I have decided to do this manually, since I do not have too many posts.
  Don’t want to add to the burden after a long weekend!

  Thanks macmanx, for looking up on this. No worries, I can do the clean up manually.

  I have 2 follow questions, I will write here, but please let me know if I need to start a separate thread.

  1) Is there an automated way where followers of my older blog become followers of the new one?

  2) Before I learned of the import, I had re-posted my content on the new blog.
  Now I received here comments, Likes,etc.
  I also have similar feedback related to the original post in my old blog. Can these be merged?

  1. Sure, but just to be certain, are you moving them from lessby3.wordpress.com to sameernahar.wordpress.com?

  2. No, those are only transferred via Import. If you’d like, I can completely empty the new blog so you can try the import again.

  Also to clarify, with (1) I hope followers of my older blog will get added to my new blog without any impact to current followers of my new blog

  There’s no impact at all, they’re merged with existing followers.
