How do I chanage the "no reply" status on comments to bloggers who use Blogger?

  When I leave a comment on blogs who use Blogger, my name comes up as a “no-reply.” I WANT the blogger to be able to reply if I have asked a question, but I DO NOT WANT to receive every person’s comment who makes one after me. I have tried for weeks to find a solution, but have been unsuccessful on my own. How can I do this so I don’t have to publicly (and repeatedly type in!) my email address for every blog where I leave a comment with a question to be answered? Thank you!
