How do I change a blog from private to public?

Every answer I google does nothing. They take me to wordpress discussions from 6 years ago that don’t have the updated menus. My blog is private and I want to make it so anyone on the internet can see it. HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

Why did you create a duplicate thread? I answered the first one here https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/changing-blog-from-private-to-public-where?replies=2#post-2263912 2 minutes ago!
Post there onbly and do not create duplicate threads. Also be prepared to wait for at least 24 hours before bumping your support forums threads please.
