How do I change a theme back to the old one

I did not mean to change my blog theme, have no idea how I did it or how to change it back

No problem…adjusting your theme is an easy fix.
I see that you changed your theme from Sorbet to Expound on your site, http://bcpsopps.wordpress.com/. Then, a couple hours ago, it appears as if you were able to change it back.
