How do I change a wordpress.com blog to another account?

  how do I transfer a blog from one WordPress.com account to another. I want to use a different user profile name but as it is now when I change my profile name in one blog it changes in all of them so I need to move one blog to a new account.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
