How do I change an Admin to a Super Administrator so I can embed video code?

I am no longer able to embed YouTube videos on my WordPress blog. A look around the forums shows that everyone is having this issue since the last upgrade. (I haven’t tried in a while, obviously.) It appears that if I change my role from Administrator to Super Administrator then I will be able to “allow unfiltered html” and embed videos. But I can’t find any direction on how to do that. Can you help? Thanks.

You have never been able to embed YouTube videos via their embed code.
Instead, please follow this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/youtube/
