How do I change blog address when the "change address" option does not appear?

  I followed these instructions on changing a blog address: http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/#instructions-for-changing-your-blog-address

  However, when I get to Step 2, and hover over address I wish to change, the “change blog address” option does not appear, only “leave blog.”

  What do I do?

  Are your running one of the browsers and versions found here? http://browsehappy.com If not please go there and upgrade yopur browser version.

  Yes I am using Chrome.
