How do I change blog URL address?

I am trying to change my blog address. I believe the support page is outdated because I do not see a “change blog address” option under the “my blogs” page. I want it to change from mainstreetcafe304.wordpress.com to themainstreetcafe304.wordpress.com.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you want to change the blog address ie. the URL starting with http:// then you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to do that and the URL you desire must be available. If so then you can change the URL by using this guide http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

Additionally, on the My Blogs screen, you will need to hover your mouse over the blog address in order for the option to appear. If you’re on a touchscreen device, I’m not sure what the equivalent of mouse hover is there, so you might want to do this on a desktop instead.

I get to the “my blogs” page and I hover my mouse over the address, but nothing shows up. I can hover it over the blog title, but it just is a hyperlink to the blog page.
Does it matter if I have more than one blog being managed under my username?
