how do I change colour of font

  I have a dark blue background and the writing on it is grey.How do I change this to a lighter more easier to read colour?

  Here’s how to override the main text colour in your theme. To apply it go to Appearance > Customize > CSS and delete all the existing text and paste this in:

  body, button, input, select, textarea {
    color:#ccc;
  }
