how do I change credit card details

  Our bank details are out of date, and we have received an email asking us to update them. According to the help pages, when we look at the ‘My Upgrades’ page there should be a cog next to the address, which we click to gain access to various settings. Alas this cog doesn’t appear, so we can’t make the change.
  Anyone got any ideas?

  Go to My Upgrades page and click on the Update Credit Card link on the bottom bar.

  Judging from your screenshot I don’t think you have currently any paid upgrade.

  You can add the tag modlook to the right sidebar to notify a Staff member for further assistance.

  Thanks for feedback. It seems that it’s a browser compatibility issue – so our paid upgrade just isn’t showing.
