How do I change domains?

    I have a blog called denverbiomechanics (denverbiomechanics.wordpress.com). I just moved and want to start over, so yesterday I went through the steps to create a new blog (fortcollinsbiomechanics), but I can’t post anything. Now, under “My Blogs,” it simply lists denverbiomechanics.wordpress.com, “My Blog,” and “Create a new blog.” But it won’t let me create a new blog because it claims that fortcollinsbiomechanics.wordpress.com already exists. If I enter that URL in another window, however, it says that the page is invalid. Why is this so hard? It was super-easy to set up my first blog.
