How do I change extension from .home.blog to .wordpress.com?
-
I recently registered the URL missmansanas.home.blog – that was the only free option the registration page was giving me. Despite several attempts and searches, I failed to get .wordpress.com as an extension option.
I found the ‘Domain’ tab in Settings and tried changing the domain there, but the ‘Change address’ button is greyed out. I have checked and the address missmansanas.wordpress.com is unused and is available.
Hope I could get some help or clarity?

Erratum: The blog I need help with is missmansanas.blog.home, NOT applenocom.com. I had no idea that line would be added automatically.

Good Morning –
The site address should be able to get changed to
.wordpress.comvia https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/missmansanas.home.blog/edit/missmansanas.home.blogI see what you’ve described though with the grayed out option. I’ll keep working on it to get the right one registered for you. I’ll let you know here once I have it sorted.

Ok. I changed the site address. You’ll see missmansanas.wordpress.com now under the My Sites tab. Write back if you need anything else.
The box preceeding the toggle option for .hom.blog and .wordpress.com appeared to have
missmansanastyped in already. But, we actually had to type the name in to get the buttons activated. You should be all set. -
