how do I change font size and colour of menu item font or background

  The menu item is” contact the blog”.
  I have tried li#menu-item-365 a{colour:red;font-weight:bold;}
  which didn’t work even with li removed . I also added !important in the
  mix but that didn’t work. I am new to this so not knowledgeable around terms. The theme is something fishy
