  What is the processes?
  How much do i pay? monthly or yearly?
  what are the benefits?
  Any premium themes with it?

  You can do this by adding the domain to your blog via Store -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.

  The renewal is yearly and just covers the domain, there are no additional features included.
