How do I change from one upgrade to another without paying twice

  Hi, I purchased a 100 gig upgrade a short while ago and am thinking of changing that to the WordPress.com Business plan. I don’t want to lose my $160 and pay another $299.00 for the WordPress.com Business upgrade. Can I pay the difference or get refunded for one and purchase the other? Thanks in advance for your help.
