how do I change from wordpress.org to wordpress.com?

  Don’t want private hosting any longer, would like to move from site from wordpress.org to wordpress.com with everything in tact, including comments. I don’t mind if I have to change themes if necessary.
  I need help

  Would someone be kind enough to answer this question for me or point me in the right direction? I cannot find any info about how to do this…and wordpress doesn’t seem to have any support available.
