How do I change “Just another WordPress.com weblog “

  I am wondering if I can change the top main header to my own slogan, instead of Just another WordPress.com weblog, anyone know how to do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It’s the tagline and you can change it, and the blog title under settings > general in your dashboard.
