How do I change main body text color?

Hey, so I have not purchased any upgrades yet as I tried to play around with the free demo and couldn’t figure it out. I have a black background on the site and the main body text is coming up as grey when I actually want white? can i change this for free or do i need upgrades. Please can someone give me a step by step guide! sorry about this. i have tried reading up through most of the forum and cant find a solution!
