how do i change my already posted posts to pages, without losing the comments

i want to change my posts to pages without losing the comments posted on the posts. i just want to change the format, from chronological posts to pages, ie. movies, restaurants, books, etc.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There isn’t anyway to do that at WordPress.com except to copy and paste the content and then copy and paste the comments adding in the email address, name, etc.

Use your categories to make a custom menu.
Pages are static and not meant to be used for posts. Pages have no dates and cannot be tagged or categorized. Posts are shown automatically on your one dynamic blog post page: they can be assigned to tags and categories and that dynamic page updates each and every time you make a new article.
