    Hi there,

    Do note that you must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade(s) for it.

    Then you ought to be able to remove your credit card information on this page > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.

    That did not work. I am definitely logged in under the right account. I deleted my credit card info. I added a new card, but it did not ask me for my billing address anywhere. I tried to renew my upgrades with the new card and it, yet again, would not work. Any other ideas?

    Hi there,

    When you enter your credit card information to renew your upgrades, you should see a dropdown menu to select your country and a box to enter your postal code. Please check to make sure that information is correct, as well as the security code you enter with your credit card number.

    If that information is correct, there may be another reason why your transaction is not being processed. Please contact your credit card company to be sure that they are not blocking the transaction on their end. (Banks will sometimes automatically block online transactions like this to protect you against fraud.)

    If you continue to receive errors, please let me know and I will be happy to investigate further.
