How do I change my blog address?

  Assuming I want to change the address of my site from:

  THIS.wordpress.com
  to
  THAT.wordpress.com

  (these are not my sites) How do I do so? Is it even possible?

  I do NOT want to start a new blog and manually have to transfer my posts because I want to keep my stats/comments etc.

  Please do not just link me to: http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/ because the information on this is outdated and the option no longer existent.

  Really? GOOD. We got so many complaints about it.

  If that link no longer contains instructions that work, and you don’t want to transfer your contents, then you are stuck.

  Really? So there’s no way to change your site address anymore?
