how do I change my blog address?

  In “my blogs”, I’ve tried to change my blog address several times, by clicking on the link, “change blog address”. Each time, it says this tool is disabled, check back later. Any ideas?

  We’re sorry for the delay, the tool has been disabled, while we work to improve it.

  You’re still able to map a custom domain to your blog if you like. If you really need to move your blog now, I recommend registering the new blog URL, then export/import your contents via the Tools menu of your Dashboard.
