How do I change my blog name displayed when my posts are sent by email?

  When my posts are published & sent to my readers via email, the name shown is my old site name, not my new one. How do I change this

  To further explain – when my posts go out via email, the sender information reads “Oldblogname((email visible only to moderators and staff)) My blog is self-hosted
