How do i change my blog setting from private back to public?

    I’m having what seems to be a specific problem in changing my blog from a private one to a public one. I’ve read on the forums that i need to go to dashboard>settings>reading to this menu:

    “Site Visibility
    _Allow search engines to index this site
    _Discourage search engines from indexing this site
    Note: Neither of these options blocks access to your site — it is up to search engines to honor your request.

    _I would like my site to be private, visible only to users I choose”

    Originally, the first option was checked, but not the last. I toggled the options back and forth to where the first one was checked, and the last one was unchecked, saved changes, but got no desired result. I want everyone to be able to view my blog: spectrumofhope.wordpress.com

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Aha! Ok good. Maybe it just took a while to take effect. Friends were telling me they weren’t able to access it right after i changed it. Thanks.
