    Hi Lois!

It looks like you were using the Slideshow shortcode previously. Here’s the fastest way to insert all your individual images instead of the slideshow:

    • Edit the Post
    • Click “Add Media”
    • Choose “Media Library”
    • Change the dropdown from “All Media Items” to “Uploaded to this Post”
    • Click on the first item
    • Hold shift, and click on the last item (the selects all items)
    • Click on the “Insert Media” button

Then remove the slideshow shortcode from the post.

    Hey there!

We don’t actually touch our users’ blogs without express permission, so we promise we’re not interfering :)

When I go to print form blog to a book.

I’m not entirely certain how you’re going about doing this, at the moment, but you might find the whole process easier if you run a simple export, then send the file to a service that transforms the electronic format to a print format:

    http://www.blogbooker.com/

This article is a really good read:
    http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2012/04/04/how-to-turn-your-blog-into-a-book/

It might contain MORE information than you need, but you can focus on the sections that are specific to you.

The WordPress.com format isn’t meant for printing, so the ideal solution might be to have a middle-man help out.

Of course, I can still help if you have specific questions, but I wanted to give you as much helpful information I could.

Have you tried to change the images in ONE blog post, and then print it out? If not, adjust a single post, print it as you want, then let me know what happens.

You’re welcome to give a screenshot (or several), so I can better understand the issue. You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there.

The page at the following link has some helpful tips for taking screenshots:

    Take a Screenshot

Just let me know when there’s something I should look at!

    Many thanks.

In 2013 wordpress a new version for my blog, I guess, as to delete the slideshow version had to use tab ” text” and delete the slideshow + photos numbers. Yes, I will be using sharedbook. com for the final publish of my 4 years of blogging.

    Hey there.

If you got to sharedbook.com, click on the link for Blog2Print, and then select “I’m on WordPress (e.g. http://blogname.wordpress.com),” you shouldn’t have to worry about your images/gallery/slideshow at all.

Can you tell me what happens when you take those steps?

    Thank you.

Hi again, just wanted to let you know that you may need to run a WordPress.com export of your content. This creates a file that you can give to the book publisher. It’s better for them to work with a raw file than a PDF that you print off your computer.

Here is information about running an export:

Just an FYI, if it helps!
