How do I change my blog to a new focus?
-
I’ve blogged for two years on a site. I want to continue with that blog site, but want to change it to a new focus. I want to keep my current followers and I want the blog to always be available.
How do I do this? The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you mean you want to change topics, then you can just change. If you are asking about starting a new blog and transferring your followers, I can help you with that also.

To start a new blog, log into http://WordPress.com and click on the ‘my blogs’ link at hte top of the page. On the ‘my blogs’ page, you will see a ‘create another blog’ button on the left. Click it and follow the instructions. You will make an additional new blog and your old existing blog will still remain and will still have its followers.
Let me know if you have any trouble.

Ok, will try it. And my followers will remain?
I have another question-I’m using app on cell so can’t find the forum to start new topic.
I wrote a draft and asked for my sister to review it via a link option I was given. She replied but it didn’t come back to me.
I’d like this new page to be in my new blog. Will that be easy to do? -
And my followers will remain?
Your followers will remain on your old blog. They will not be following your new blog unless you ask for them to be moved. If they are moved, they will no longer be following your old blog.
I wrote a draft and asked for my sister to review it via a link option I was given. She replied but it didn’t come back to me.
I am not sure that I understand. Are you saying that your sister did not reply to you? Any draft post should be listed in your dashboard under Posts–> All Posts.

She did reply and I also did a test reply from another email.
I looked around my dashboard and didn’t see anything…I’ll look again . -

I’m not sure that I understand. Your emails to each other wouldn’t have any connection to your WordPress.com site. Were you trying to use post by email?

Below is a copy of the email and link generated at my draft page that I also sent it to my other email to do a test on it. I also went in and gave feedback and never saw my response or my sisters:
Hi,
I started writing a new draft titled “April 13 – April 17, 2014 Cedar Point, NC” and would love to get your feedback. I plan on publishing it shortly.
Please leave your feedback here:

Ah, you were using the writing helper:

My apologies. I’m not sure why I didn’t realize that. Just of those days I suppose.
In any case, you should have gotten an email if any feedback was left. I am not seeing any feedback listed for that page, which indicates that feedback was not successfully left (for whatever reason).
I did just create a feedback link for that page and left some test feedback. I can see that it is appearing successfully. Can you see it?

Oh sorry, I did just see your test feedback in an email. Wonder what my sister an did wrong!
Now another question. I made that a page. I plan to link it to a blog. What I want to do is create a blog that lists all our travel. Then I want to hyperlink to each page – like the one you tested for feedback. I don’t see how to use that page. So far, I’ll have 22 travel pages. -
You mean that you want to create a (new) separate blog and list there your trips?
If you publish them as posts you can divide them into categories. Then you can create category pages in your navigation menu to point to them: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#adding-category-pages
Please let us know if you need any further assistance!
