How do I change my blog's icon image?

  I want to change the icon/image that appears next to my blog, the one that appears in the corner of the tabs, on my toolbar, and represents my blog when I post on facebook. I changed the profile one (my Gravatar) but although I’ve changed my theme the image is still the same. Any tips? I really hate it.

  The Gravatar is the icon for YOU, not for your blog. To change the blog avatar (blavatar/favicon) go to Settings->General.
