How do i change my blog's picture?

I am using the latest version of Mac, and when i type in my blog website, Turtleson.wordpress.com on the left of the website there is a little picture. For me, it is the WordPress ‘W’ logo. However, if you go to a different website such as my science teacher’s, https://paccionescienceclass.wordpress.com, on the left of the website as i type it in, there is a picture of a galaxy. How can i upload my logo onto my blog so when i save it as a bookmark, it shows my logo instead of the wordpress W logo?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What you’re referring to is called favicon generally, but on WordPress.com it has a special name – Blavatar.

Hello, it’s been about 12 hours, and i guess it kind of worked, because it shows it next to the website when i type in the address bar but when i save the page as a bookmark, next to the bookmark is still the wordpress W

Hi,
I just tried to bookmark your blog and it shows the new Blavatar. What browser are you using? Remove the bookmark, try clearing your browser’s cache and history, and bookmark it again.
You can verify it works by bookmarking in another browser.
