How do i change my DNS email settings to google?

My DNS are pointing to WordPress but my Emai is on asmallorange hosting services. This means that i can not transfer my email to GMail. What do i do?

Hi there! If your email is setup via asmallorange hosting, you can follow these instructions to adjust your DNS here at WordPress.com:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/add-email/add-other-email/If you want your email to forward to your gmail account after you complete this setup, you can follow your email provider’s instructions for email forwarding.
