How do I change my domain and redirect traffic to it?

  I want to change my blog name, domain and address, but in a way that redirects my current subscribers to my new address. I’ve already purchased the domain I use now, but find it no longer fits everything I want to write about. I’m not leaving wordpress or bluehost, just changing names.
