How do I change my domain name

  I want to change my domain name. I’ve had this for almost a year and haven’t figured it out. Need help please.

  In regard to your question, domains cannot actually be changed. They can only be cancelled and then a new one registered in their place. We can certainly do that for you in this case, however please be aware of a couple of points:

  1. Once you cancel a domain, it is gone. It will eventually be released to the general public and anyone may purchase it if they so desire.
  2. Domains can only be refunded within the first 48 hours of their original purchase. Since it’s been much longer than that in this case, we would not be able to refund you anything and if you want to buy a new domain, it would be at the regular domain price of between $18 and $25 ($26 and $33 with privacy services).
