How do I change my domain name?

I have 2 blogs and want to change the name of one of them.
I want to change the blog loveyourlifetherapy.wordpress.com to carolinemaidment.wordpress.com.
I have created the new domain but not sure how a transfer all my posts over.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It would actually have been easier to simply change your domain, in which case you wouldn’t have needed to transfer your posts but as you’ve already created the new URL you’ll have to follow the slightly more complicated route.
Go to the dashboard of loveyourlifetherapy. Click on Tools ->Export to create an export file of the content. You can export all the content or only some of it. Instructions here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/export/ (Note this will not delete the content from the blog.)
Next you go to the dashboard of carolinemaidment and click on Tools ->Import to import your content: http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/
Note that media files my take a while to transfer, so don’t delete any media files from the old blog until you’re sure they are in the media library of the new one. Your theme and widgets are not transferred so you’ll have to add them for the new blog yourself.
Once you’re done moving your content you can ask staff to move your followers and email subscribers for you. You can do that by posting your request as a reply to this thread and adding “modlook” to the tags.
It might also be a good idea to post a message on your old blog saying that you’re moving and provide a link to the new blog. Leave that up for a few weeks for the sake of people who might have your blog bookmarked and who aren’t subscribed.
Another option is to purchase the Site Redirect upgrade which will automatically send visitors to the old site over to the new one. http://en.support.wordpress.com/site-redirect/
Lastly, consider not deleting the old address but merely setting it to private. Deletion is permanent and you’ll never be able to get it back. If you set it to private you can always go back to it should you later change your mind and in the meantime you can use it as a backup to your main blog or use it to try out new themes, widgets, etc. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

I did wonder if I could just change the title but transferring the posts was very easy and now I can reuse the first one with no fuss.
