How do I change my domain URL?

I want it as http://www.alwaysdopemusic.com but it’s currently http://www.alwaysdopemusicdotcom.wordpress.com. I know I have to pay to remove the ‘.wordpress’ and I tried that but then when I typed in what i wanted, it said I already had one that was too similiar to that.

You should be able to add that domain via Store -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.
Would you please quote the error you’re seeing?

‘That hostname cannot be added to this blog.’ haha im sorry, i know thats not helpful, but im really new to this. I guess my question is, how do i change my domain name?

Make sure you’re entering the full domain name with the .com extension, alwaysdopemusic.com
