how do i change my email address for my domain contact

  Every time i go into WordPress and do the edit and save changes BUT when i go back to the Store>MyDomains>Edit Domain>Domain Contacts the old email address is back. So my changes did not take effect.
  I believe i need to change this email add in order to transfer my domain.
  Now the address below (email visible only to moderators and staff) is correct but the address (email visible only to moderators and staff) does not exist any more

  Hi Diana,

  It looks like your domain is pending an ICANN verification (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers). Did you happen to receive an email to your inbox regarding this?

  Thanks Jeremey – no I didn’t get anything from ICANN. I believe that they could have sent a mail to my non existant old mail address – diana.sharp3. Which is why I need to change my details to this one diana . and which I have not been able to do on wordpress. I do the change and save but when I go back to the page – the old address appears again

  Hi Diana,

  It looks like they are sending it to your previous email address. Do you still have access to that address by chance? Once we confirm the old address we should be able to change to the new email. However, we need to confirm the old address first.

  Oh dear I deleted that gmail account over a year ago. I have tried to restore it without success.

  Hi Diana!

  I managed to change the email address on the domain to the one you specified (@sharpworxonline). Can you see if you received an ICANN verification email to that address?
