How do I change my favicon on my WordPress .org created site

  I would like to change the favicon on my WordPress.org created site, but cannot see how to do this. Can you help, please

  This support section is for WordPress.com sites, but you are in the right place as your site is a .com site, not .org.

  You can upload a “blavatar”, blog image, in your General settings, which among other things will act as a favicon.

  It will take time for the previous image to clear out of the cache and for you to start seeing your new image.

  Just to clarify, your custom domain name is .org, but your site is hosted on WordPress.com.
