How do I change my header to one I have downloaded?

    hi guys, I have been trying to add a header from my hard drive, it’s supposed to be developed for WordPress and everything works as it should until i crop the image and look at the site…no header! ive tried a number of times with different headers with no luck. I would really like to add a complete new theme if possible so any help you can give me would be very much appreciated.

    – Cropping often doesn’t work. Make a copy in the exact dimensions specified by the theme and upload that copy.

    – You cannot add themes; you can only use one of the themes available under Appearance>Themes.
