How do I change my Home Page to my About us Page & vise versa?

  I would like to change the home page to the “about us” page and make the current home page (where the blog updates show up) called news updates. Can this be done?

  This can be done by adjusting the options at Settings > Reading in your Dashboard. We have some details in our support docs.
