How do I change my html

  I changed the title of my blog, but cannot figure out how to change the name of my web address. It’s still uses the old blog title as web address. How do I change this?

  Hi there,
  If you want to change your site domain, please follow the written guideline here:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  Remember that once you change the address, you will never be able to use that name again as the deletion is permanent. Also, you can only change your site URL one time, so be sure to choose a name that you want to keep.
  You could also register a new domain if you were looking to drop the wordpress.com part off of your domain name.
