How do I change my mobile menu?

  I don’t want a drop down menu on my website on mobile. I want all my blog pages visible at the top for people to click on like it is on mobile. Like this person’s mobile theme. https://ashes2asheslegacy.wordpress.com/

  compared to my mobile menu where its a drop down https://bleedingnegative.wordpress.com/

  I’ve googled but I can’t find an answer. If I have to change my entire theme I am willing to do that. What themes DONT have a srop down mobile menu?

  I am desperate for an answer and have no clue what to do. I can’t edit CSS either.
